Candidates should be able to:

• plot points in all four quadrants

Notes

In unit 2 candidates will be required to identify points with given coordinates and identify coordinates of given points.

In unit 2 candidates will be expected to use graphs that model real situations where a calculator is not required.

In unit 2 candidates will not be expected to answer questions related to shapes and other geometrical applications. This will be assessed in unit 3.
